We're all chasing dreams
Had an awesome fulfilling day!
Didn't manage to wake up at 8 though. But waking up at 9 ain't bad la haha. Packed my lunch myself and went to the library at White Sands to study! Then Sherby came and joined me for lunch (we had Ramen omg so good) and then we went to Coffee Bean at Downtown East while She, Huiying and some other girl (idk her name oops!) had bible studies and I studied history hehe.

Church was awesome. Sermon was on Dreams: we should never give up on what we want to do because God gave us the ability to fulfill our dreams, so we should never belittle ourselves. It was quite a good session! (: Cell group was fun too hehe we played super funny games then shared our dreams and goals with each other. Awesome I love Huizhen's church because they're so homely and everyone in the cell seems to love and care so much for each other! Really hope I can go there more ahhhhh.
Oh anyway Mel shared that once we achieve our dreams, we should never lose ourselves (don't be blinded and won over by the material incentives) in it and always remember why we dreamt that dream in the first place. (:

Actually slapdashed was random like it was the first random word that came into mind. I shall try to crap something out lolz.
Anyway, it means something done too hurriedly and carelessly. I guess it applies to life? Like sometimes just give slapdashed performances and not try our best, which leaves us room for regret. So yes lets not live with regrets (:
On the other hand I actually put thought into my tumblr address (chasingwind.tumblr) haha still sounds crappy and the pictures are not very related to the address but yea la whatever LOL. Sometimes we live our lives chasing after things that can't be seen; things that aren't real. We're always going after vanity instead of what's meaningful. So maybe we should just stop and shift our focus to what's truly worthy of us (and vice versa) and go all out for it (:
